Hello to everyone :) My name is Aurimas. I am now running for 9 years, but with a lot of breaks. At school injuries stopped me and after that it was quite hard to get back. And just this year I decided to get back and do not miss any trainings. And I have a goal. I want to run a marathon. So again I am running 5 times per week. Later I think I will start to run 7 times and even more (in the morning and in the evening).
Why did I get back to running? Because I love it. I always knew that running helps to feel better, happier and more active. You feel great after running. When I didn't run, I felt that something is missing in my daily life. Running really cheers me up :). And you know what? I want you to feel the same. I want to share my passion and I want running to become yours.
This is why I created this website. I put here all my experience. I read a lot about running, I am interested in everything what is related with running. I want you to get the best information about running. I want to write as simple as possible. I want to you to understand everything very easily. I want to help you to feel the joy of running.
I really hope that this website helps you to get more useful information about running. And I will do my best as long as I can.
