How to know it's getting better?

It's really good that you are running. I am happy for you. There are some things you should think about and look through. It helps you to see if it's really getting better to you.

You feel better

You are more happy, more active, you don't get tired too fast, you can work all day and still be not tired. You have better relations with your family, you are not angry so much as before. Do you? I am happy for you.

Sleep is getting better

You don't have any problems with your sleep. It's the best if you go to sleep at the same time every day and sleep 8-10 hours. You sleep like a baby. Do you? Let's keep running.

Heart pulse is less

Before running training you should check your pulse before running and after first running and try to check it after some time. Women pulse should be 75-80 and men 70-75. It's really good if your pulse is 50, but if it is more than 90 - something is wrong. Here's a formula, how to know what should be your maximum heart pulse when running: 180 - (your age) = your pulse You should check your pulse after 15 minutes after running. It should be like normal pulse, if it doesn't, it means that you run to much. So if your pulse is less, you are really getting better.

Weight is less

Check your weight before running and after some time. It's the best if you lose 1kg in 1 week. Don't try to starve. If you lose weight little by little it won't get back fast. Just keep training. If your weight is less when you are running - congrutalation.

Blood pressure is less

Check your blood pressure before running training. It's good if it is 100/60, 140/90. But if you are having too high or too less pressure, it should get better and get to normal pressure. Check it after some time. If it's better - that's great.

If something is not getting better you should run less or rest more. Also you should check your nutrition. Maybe you should eat less meat or candies :) If it still doesn't work, go to your doctor and talk about this.
