10 Running tips for winter time

It's really good if you don't have winter in your place. But if you have, I have some suggestions for you:

1. Make longer warm up inside.

2. Be attentive, don't slip, don't hurry to much. If it's very slippy you should just walk in some places, not run.

3. Dress more clothes. Maybe wear two sweaters or even two trousers. But you have to feel comfortable.

4. Gloves should be very easy because if you run a lot, later you will want to put them in your pocket.

5. Wear a cap.

6. Try not to stop when running. It's better to move all the time.

7. Do not run if you feel ill.It can cause much more serious diseases.

8. Have warmer shoes. There are running shoes for winter time.

9. If it's raining, wear rain jacket. Jacket should be very light.

10.Drink a cup of tea after running. It helps to get warm.

The lowest temperature for me was -20 by celsius :) And I didn't get cold, even after 5 kilometers I took off my gloves :)

Remember - THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS BAD WEATHER, JUST BAD CLOTHING.

10 running tips for summer time

There are few thing you should consider when running in hot weather:

1. Do not run in the middle of the day. The heat is the biggest then. Run in the morning or in the evening. The hottest time is 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. Try not to run at this time.

2. Wear a cap. It helps to protect your head from sun.

3. Do not wear too much clothes. Just shorts and t-shirts. Nothing more. Of course, don't forget your shoes :)

4. If the sun is very intensive, put sunglasses. It's will be more comfortable to run with them.

5. Try to run in forests or places where is less sun. It won't be too hot for you.

6. Do not exercise outside after running. It's better to go inside.

7. Drink water after running. You lost a lot of water during running. It's time to get it back.

8. Do not run fast. Keep lower pace.

9. If you just feel a little dizzy - go home. It's not good to get sunstroke.

10. If you are running circles, it's good to have a bottle of water and drink whenever you feel thirsty. But don't keep a bottle in your hands. Put it somewhere.
