Good running shoes can help you to avoid a lot of pain and discomfort when running. It is really important to get good pair of running shoes. I have some tips for you how to chose good shoes for your running training:
1. Go to specialized shop and look for a seller who really understands about running shoes.It sometimes happens, that people don't know and just say: "Running shoes? Hmm..Maybe these" and that's all. Try to find person who really understands the deal.
2. Try shoes with those socks which you will be running with.
3. Don't buy the first one pair, try few pairs and walk in a shop to look which are the most comfortable to you.
4. It's the best to buy shoes in the end of the day, because your foot is a little bit bigger because of walking. You won't buy too little shoes :)
5. Shoes shouldn't pinch. There should be half inch between foot thumb and the end of a shoe.
6. Shoes should be very soft in the place where foot is flexing, it should be easily flexible in your arms. Try to do it..
7. And remember - the price is not the most important thing.
