You are never too old to run
There are a lot of people who think that they are too old to start running. And I am not talking about OLD people, I am talking about males and females who are 40, 32 or even 26 years old. They think that it's too late to begin because of not having a possibility to be a professional, not being able to run 1k at this moment and so on.
But, guys, be fair - it's never too late. It doesn't matter what is your physical condition (but I really advise to visit your doctor if you haven't been sporting for 5 years or more) or how long can you
Many people think that they don't have time because of working very long hours, but you know, a lot of presidents are running, a lot of CEOs are running, a lot of really very busy people RUN. Why? Because they know that it helps them to keep their shape and be more productive in their work. Running is not taking your time, it helps you to be better at work and you can do everything much faster.
But now we are talking about our age.
When do you think you are old or what do you think is old person?
The oldest person who finished Boston Marathon this year was 81 year old! But the oldest person who finished New York Marathon in 2009 was 88 years old! Isn't that amazing?
I think it's even hard to live so long (oh, I wish to live so long), but those people don't just sit at their home, they run and they are even able to run a marathon - 42km!
Few days ago I found one video on Youtube. It was video about a man who is 95 years old and he is running for 30 years. HE HAS 30 YEARS EXPERIENCE. So he began to run being 65 years old! A lot of people at such age think that the only activity for them is reading newspapers and watching TV. And that's not all about him, he wants to beat 5km record for age group 95-99! Keep running!

So, if you think that you are too old or you are in not such a good shape, think about these people, they are your authorities and motivation. Life just begins. And running helps it to be much better!
