2009.10.31

weather conditions - clear, 32 by Farenheit.
place: 7k on asphalt, 15k in forest.

Today I felt very good during all 22kilometers. The weather was great. I was running with my trainer. We talk a lot when running, so we discussed about history and other stuff, I love such runnings. You even don't feel like running 22k. The time just pass :) All the time the pace was the same, no faster or slower distances. Despite the fact, that it's 32 by Farenheit, I was all wet after running :) Mostly I get warm after 1 mile, so just 1 mile is pretty chilly. And it's much warmer in a forest than in the city streets. So, tomorrow as always is my resting day :) See you :)

And one more thing. I started to write just on Wednesday, but this week I have run 75k/46,6 miles.

pace - 4.42/1k
weather conditions - clear, 34 by Farenheit.
place: 4k on asphalt, 6k in forest.
So today I ran the same distance and the same place like last training. Oh, in the beginning it was very very hard and I can't find the answer why. First mile was full of pain in my calf. After stretching exercises it got a little bit better, but not so much. The weather was extremely nice: pretty chilly, but no wind and very sunny. All leaves in the forest was dry and all paths are covered by them. So the view was amazing. I hope I will do some photos of my forest paths. I think you are going to love it :) So our Friday's runnings always is slow and relaxing, because on Saturdays we are doing long runnings: at least 13miles. During workdays we start running at 4p.m., but on Saturdays we start at 9 a.m. :) I love Saturday's runnings :) It's pretty long, but you see a lot when running, beautiful nature, valleys, hills and so on :) So see you tomorrow :) Have a nice Friday evening :)

weather conditions - raining, 41 by Farenheit.
place: 4k on asphalt, 6k in forest.
Today it was pretty hard in the beginning because I ate some potatoes just 2hours before running. So I had some pain in my stomach for 6k. As always I try to run first mile very slowly. When I stop and do some stretching exercises for 5minutes and wait for other runners to come to our starting point. Today we were 3: I, my trainer and one running friend :) Yesterday we ran 21k (13miles), so we decided to run pretty slow today. There was no rush, no faster intervals, all the time the same pace. It was pretty chilly in the beginning, because yesterday it was warmer (50 by Farenheit). But as always it takes about one mile to get really warm. Today's training was pretty simple. Tomorrow I am going to have a rest. So I will be running the day after tomorrow :) See you :) Happy running :)
