Your training day

It is really important to have right habits if we are talking about your training day. There are some tips about your simple running day:

1. Sleep well. It is very important, sleeping is the best rest for you. It is very good if you sleep at least 8 hours.

2. Do not get tired during the day. If it is your running day, try to avoid hard work. Of course, do not be lazy and it is not a reason not to do something. But better don't do other sports that day.

3. Eat at least 2-3 hours before running. If it's not possible to eat at such time, eat an apple, banana or any other fruit before running. It won't cause a lot of pains and you won't feel any pains.

4. It is much better to do stretching exercises after running 5-10 minutes.

5. Do not rush. Take it easy. It is much better to begin very slowly than very fast. Running has to give you a joy, not pain.

6. Do stretching exercises after running. It relaxes your muscles.

7. If you just want, drink water. It's not good to avoid drinking water.

8. Go to a shower after stretching exercises.

9. Write your running time, distance and all other stuff in your running diary.

10. Keep running regularly :)

It would be just great if you can do your running trainings at the same time every day. Your body will be used to this and will be at the best shape at that time.
